Working Standard legal terms
Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 2026-08-08. Last updated: 2026-08-08. Version: accessibility-2026-07-v1-draft.
Commitment
Working Standard wants the public website to be usable by contractor operators, office staff, and visitors who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, browser zoom, or reduced-motion settings.
Standard
The public website targets WCAG 2.2 AA as a practical accessibility benchmark. This statement is not a certification and remains subject to review as content and features change.
Measures
The site uses semantic landmarks, heading structure, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, sufficient contrast checks, keyboard-accessible navigation, form labels, error summaries, and reduced-motion handling.
Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile, including use with keyboard-only navigation and common screen-reader/browser combinations.
Third-party content
Linked or embedded services, including Google Calendar Appointment Schedules when configured, are provided by third parties and may have separate accessibility behavior.
Limitations
Some content remains preview-stage, including legal pages and pilot scheduling behavior. Working Standard will prioritize confirmed barriers that affect public navigation, pilot application submission, or access to core information.
Feedback
Visitors can report accessibility barriers by sending the page URL, browser/device, assistive technology if applicable, and a description of the issue to support@useworkingstandard.com.
Response
Working Standard will review accessibility reports, may request additional information, and will prioritize fixes based on severity, reproducibility, legal obligations, and impact on public website use.
Updates
This statement will be updated when meaningful accessibility practices, known limitations, third-party services, or contact processes change.
