Pilot Program Terms

Application scope
These terms apply only to the public pilot application process. They do not grant access to the authenticated product and do not replace a separate pilot agreement.
Eligibility
The pilot is intended for United States residential roofing companies and contractor operators that can assign a responsible business contact for workflow review.
Application information
The application asks for company and workflow context so Working Standard can evaluate pilot fit. Submitted information should be accurate and limited to what the form requests.
Prohibited information
Do not submit homeowner data, customer records, insurance documents, claim files, payment information, credentials, confidential contracts, API keys, uploads, or sensitive personal information through the public form.
No confidentiality
The public application form is not a confidential intake channel. Confidentiality, data processing, and pilot operating obligations must be handled in a later written agreement.
Selection
Working Standard may accept, reject, prioritize, waitlist, or decline pilot applications at its discretion. Submitting an application does not create an obligation to respond.
Separate agreement
Any pilot participation requires separate written terms covering scope, access, data, support, pricing, confidentiality, responsibilities, and termination.
Development status
Working Standard is under active development. Public screenshots and descriptions may show synthetic demo data, planned workflows, or pilot-stage capabilities.
Pricing
Pilot pricing is not established by submitting the application. Commercial terms, if any, will be documented separately before access.
Feedback
Pilot applicants and participants may provide workflow feedback. Unless separate written terms say otherwise, Working Standard may use feedback to improve the product.
Publicity
Working Standard will not claim that an applicant is a customer, pilot participant, case study, reference, or endorsement based only on a submitted application.
Intellectual property
Working Standard retains its product, website, documentation, demos, design, and related intellectual property. Applicants retain ownership of their own business information.
No relationship
Applying does not create a partnership, employment, agency, exclusivity, reseller, service, confidentiality, or customer relationship.
Privacy
Application information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The pilot application process is provided as is. Working Standard does not guarantee acceptance, availability, readiness, performance, search ranking, revenue impact, or business outcomes.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Working Standard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the public pilot application process.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the configured law and venue for Missouri and Greene County.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the pilot program, legal review, or product status changes. Production changes require review before publication.
