Working Standard collects the business contact and company workflow information in this form to evaluate pilot fit, contact you about the application, schedule follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain security, and keep consent records. Do not submit homeowner data, customer records, insurance documents, payment information, credentials, or confidential materials.

Pilot application records use a default retention configuration of 365 days. The current Privacy Policy and Pilot Program Terms linked below apply to this submission.
